The Operations Leader - Identity Services will be responsible for the operational management and support of GE’s identity management technology stack, processes and infrastructure. In this role, your key responsibilities will include centralized account provisioning platforms and internally developed tools for access governance and compliance.
Leads projects and initiatives in the identity management space or is a recognized expert in a specialized field
Responsible for major and complex assignments with long- term business operational implications
This role contributes to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within functional areas area of expertise
Serve as solution delivery expert for the design and implementation of IdM strategic roadmap to influence and drive improvements for Performance & availability, ensure capacity and environment for growth
Accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s) with duties including project reviews, metrics, prioritization, execution and closure for all project work
Manage off shore support team
Maintain effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of small to medium IT solutions for needs within the operational processes
Support, advise, assist, guide and resolve problems for client leaders and users
Work as a business partner with client leaders and users to evaluate/improve business processes and arrive at mutually cost effective solutions
Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost/benefit studies and recommend funding and resources
Initiate direct communication with specific customers, clients, suppliers and systems personnel
Keep up to date with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use
Lead in the evaluation implementation of third party software solutions
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience with current information technologies and their implementation in a business function
Due to U.S. Government restrictions to certain types of technology and technical data involved with this position as well as the need to periodically visit domestic military bases to consult with DoD personnel on extranet tools, this position is limited to U.S. Citizens
