Operations Manager to oversee three practice locations.
Responsibilites include management of personnel, office equipment, appointment scheduling, patient flow, medical records, and billing and collections.
The Manager will coordinate employee work schedules and ensure proper coverage across the sites for all office personnel. Must have proven ability to establish and maintain work processes and productivity standards.
The Manager must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other operations managers within the practice.
Qualified candidate will function with a high degree of initiative and creativity. Excellent team leadership and organizational skills are required. Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office products with previous experience using computerized scheduling and billing systems in an outpatient setting.
Minimum 10 years' experience in physician practice management with the ability to harness the power of teamwork to make change and constantly improve office operations.
