We are
looking for an experienced Operations
Manager for our Denver International Airport location. As a member of onsite Operations Team,
you will implement and manage a spent
aircraft deicing fluid recovery program in accordance to all state and
federal regulations. With a broad
spectrum of responsibilities, this opportunity is similar to managing a small production plant . Reporting directly to the US Operations
Manager, you will have local level reporting responsibilities to our
customers, DIA Environmental Department Personnel and Inland Corporate Office. Your ability to build solid relationships with our customer , airport staff and
subcontractors will ensure we optimize our efforts. Reacting quickly and effectively under unforeseen situations
is essential in our busy winter months.

daily operations
including budget, scheduling, airside activities, maintenance, and
Manage all aspects of spent Aircraft Deicing Fluid (ADF)
collection, storage, processing (Distillation & Mechanical Vapor
Recompression) and distribution of ADF to deicing vehicles.
Ensure spare repair replacement
parts and supplies are kept on hand at all times.
Provide your facility
supervisors with operational training, recurrent training and Health & Safety training.
Advance suggestions and communications
with other recycling operations, engineering, technical support staff and
management that promote improvement and advances in efficiencies of
and arrange manpower
to meet needs of contract requirements, which includes emergency repairs
to facility.
Ensure a safe, clean and hazard free work environment in compliance
with Inland and Government regulations.
Work cooperatively with the ADF
suppliers and the airline representatives to ensure adequate supply of ADF
and accurate record
keeping/accounting .
Liaison with customers and
airport community representatives.


6 years of progressive management experience.
2 years of
senior level operations management experience.
Bachelors degree preferred or
military equivalent.
Experience with Chemical Processing, Wastewater
Management, Service/Facility and/or Contract Management a plus .
Experience with developing and managing budgets ,
as well as creating spreadsheets and writing concise and accurate reports.

be able to pass Denver International
Airport (DIA) security screening and finger printing process to acquire a
security badge prior to employment offer.

understanding of Prevailing Wage
requirements is a plus.

Excellent MS Office skills are essential in preparation of detailed
Meticulous attention to
demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work on-call throughout
our busy winter months.
