Operations Specialists/Analysts work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with management consulting staff. The team’s goal is to provide superior service to customers in the areas of federal claiming, web-based management systems, data warehousing, and Medicaid revenue programs. The Operations Specialists/Analysts role revolves around financial management, data analysis, quality assurance, technology, and compliance functions. The position requires a self-starter who can quickly understand our product solutions and provide project support through the implementation and training process. The individual must be an organized, motivated person who is able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously with the ability to re-prioritize quickly as tasks and priorities change.

Specific Responsibilities:
Project work includes client and system user support, Medicaid claiming, and data analysis

Client management including working with clients to resolve issues, provide support, and relationship development

End user support of our software products, including system testing, training, troubleshooting and operational tasks

Preparing data-driven reports and agendas for client meetings.

Communicate regularly about client projects with the project team.

Traveling to and presenting at status update meetings with clients.

Organizing and uploading electronic data into internal systems.

Data entry and processing.

Required Skills

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Strong attention to detail is critical.

Effective team communication with the ability to manage and report assignment progress.

Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.

Research and project management capabilities preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Access and Excel.

Required Experience

A Bachelor's Degree is required.

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a professional office environment.

Overtime and some travel will be required.
