Research Operations Specialist
The Research Operations Specialist has the responsibility for researching any incoming request from the Research queue or paper request, determining the solution for the request, fulfilling the request and communicating to the banking center or Retirement Services the resolution. Speaks with bankers to receive clarification of a submitted research request. Reviews fiche, reports, deposit system, tax reporting, imaged documentation and reporting system to make assessments necessary to complete research request.
Position will be located in Tampa, FL. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, occassional overtime.

1 year of work experience in financial services is required. Related operations, processing and/or research experience is preferred
Prefer knowledge of Retirement products/IRS regulations
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Analytical skills with a keen eye for details.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to respond to client inquiries
Good ability to research and resolve problems in a timely manner
