Perform a series of repetitive operations requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity. May require ability to do machine set-ups and adjustments. Ability to understand and verify specifications. Ability to make independent judgment on quality of product / performance of product. Demonstrate hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to understand and communicate (speak, read & write) in English. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while performing repetitive work.
Job Function: Perform various secondary operations such as scanning, anodizing, washing and tumbling.
Tools/Machines/Equipment Used: Tip bender, hand tools, measuring tools, various fixtures, rack, microscope. Secondary machines which include tumbler, anodizer, crest wash system.
Work Schedule: 3rd shift, Saturday night - Tuesday night 7:30PM-5:30AM (10 hr days); Training on 3rd shift Sunday night - Thursday night 10:30PM - 6:30AM
Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience Requirements: Six (6) months manufacturing experience
