Under immediate supervision perform electrical and mechanical assembly of company products

ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
  • Assemble and wire sub-assemblies.
  • Submit engineering change request as required.
  • Assemble products including light mechanical and soldering .
  • Complete required paper work.
  • Label and properly handle nonconforming products .
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

Two-year technical degree (preferred) with 2+ years mechanical assembly

Soldering/de-soldering experience

Knowledge & Skills:

Ability to read and understand mechanical, flow and electrical wiring diagrams.

Ability to operate electric hand tools.

Good working knowledge of PC computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Tube bending from 1/8 to 1/2” tubing - preferred.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Good oral and written communication skills

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
