This position is responsible for the PBM operational management of National and Key customers in coordination with National and Regional Account Executives. This position interacts with multiple layers of management to ensure issue and inquiry responses are accurate and ensure responses are completed on time and within scope. ?Provide leadership and on-going coaching to core team members and supervisors responsible for account management
?Networking, collaboration and consensus building ? uses internal networks to get things done; utilizes assistance of others who have a stake in the outcome and proactively participates in achieving customer satisfaction and service performance in a continually changing environment
?Effectively expresses ideas and information in writing and orally to individuals and groups at all levels using two way communication and a high impact communication style

?Sets team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of own team
?Work with senior leadership to establish policy and procedures related to account management process
?Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
?Influence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities
?Create, report and manage issue / inquiry metrics
?Identify trends, document lessons learned and drive continuous service / client or customer process improvement
?Lead account management teams in new process creation and process improvement activities
?Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.
?Strong operations resource that will be involved at the detailed level.
?Identify and work with operational teams to resolve technical, operational and organizational problems related to the pharmacy benefit
?Coordinate across the organization to ensure clear responsibilities are documented, defined and commitments delivered
?Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
?Solve moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analyses
?Make presentations and prepare documents for management on issue / inquiry resolution, strategy for benefit change and expected results.
?Act as SME for pharmacy benefit design, products, and programs
?Support National and Regional Account Executives in renewal / retention process
?Model and demand integrity and regulatory compliance
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
-4+ years experience in management or supervisor role is required
-3+ years experience working with account management or member service in healthplans or PBMs is preferred
-Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) experience is required
-Microsoft Access experience is a plus
-Possess excellent time management skills.
