Piper Enterprise Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Database Developer in Raleigh, NC for a well-established energy firm. The position will require experience with both Oracle and SQL Server databases and both PL/SQL and T/SQL. Performance tuning experience is necessary. The database developer will help fix customer bugs, assist Java/C# programmers, and extract, transform, and load data.
Experience and Technical Expertise Requirements:
7-10 years of experience in database development
Experience with Oracle 11g and/or MSSQL
Experience with PL/SQL and T/SQL
Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting performance issues isa must
Experience with ETL
Experience gathering requirements is a plus
Experience with Cognos is a plus.
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000. Salary is based on recent compensation package(s), total work history, and relevant experience.
