Our direct client is implementing a global rollout of Oracle HRMS. They are looking for an Oracle EBS-HRMS Technical/Functional resource to join their team.

This is a techno functional position where the incumbent reports to the Horizontal Process Owner (HPO) of HR and has responsibilities to oversee and support Oracle EBS - HRMS application. The incumbent in this position has cross functional end to end experience in HRMS environment - using Oracle EBS applications, with an eye to direct a robust sustainable architecture, with strong hands on experience. The person works hand in hand with other teams, in making sure Oracle HR is a system of record for all the downstream applications such as Finance, Procurement, Payroll, etc.
The person supports HR staff and provides proactive technical and functional support in resolving complex issues. The person in this position is responsible for integration with other payroll applications. The person in this role works on a day to day basis with offshore/remote development team, infrastructure and support team and HPO, in ensuring smooth and efficient operations support. The person is responsible for supporting global roll out of HR applications, keeping current application patches and upgrades and integration with other systems. The incumbent is also responsible for tuning, monitoring and fixing issues related to these applications and services. The incumbent may also lead and direct vendor's technical team members during global rollout implementation. After completion of global rollout, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying system gaps, initiating change requests, acquiring required approvals and implementing the change requests with the help of developers, QA testers and DBAs.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
" The person works closely with HPO- HR in understanding business requirements and translating into functional specifications for development.
" Demonstrates subject matter expertise coordinating activities with the technical team in creating RICE items.
" Ensure the effective daily operation of all the EBS applications and provides support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
" Manage day to day activities and business processes ensuring proactive support.
" Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams.
" Monitors the application systems issues and support business analysts, Horizontal Process Owners and customer support team in debugging and resolving HRMS issues.
" Organizes and document process changes and RICE object changes.
" Project management and resource management.
" Mentoring and training less experienced resources.
" Establishing best practice processes and procedures and mentoring operational resources on per need basis.
" Creating functional specs, managing provisioning and de-provisioning users, Developing RICE objects, code migration and testing and production process management.
" Testing and performance tuning.
" Managing security aspect of sensitive data.

KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
" Education -Bachelor's Degree required
" 5-7 years of experience in Oracle HR Projects implementation, R12 experience is preferred.
" 2-3 full life cycle Oracle HR implementation involving several modules within Oracle HR suite of modules.
" 4+ years as strong Apps Analyst, Tech Lead and administrator experience supporting complex manufacturing Global environments.
" Strong background in trouble shooting and managing performance issues.
" Demonstrates extensive knowledge and understanding of Oracle HR application.
" Demonstrates extensive knowledge different HRMS modules such as Core HR, Benefits, iRecruitment, Self Service, Talent Management.
" Experience in Oracle HR, HRIS application implementation and support.
" Experience in reporting solution for Oracle HR platform such as Discoverer, Cognos, OBIEE.

Knowledge and Skills
" Ability to collaborate with internal / offshore teams and projects.
" Experience with Oracle / Discoverer / BI Publisher report.
" More than 10 years of Experience with SQL, PL / SQL with a strong knowledge of the HR and workflows.
" Excellent understanding of Oracle HR schema, table structure and ability to create ad-hoc queries.
" Maintain Interfaces across multiple systems and for external vendors.
" Forms / OA Framework personalization.
" Workflow and AME approval process.
" Configure / Support Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, HR Data Security etc.
" Implementation and support of standard benefits and Compensation workbench.
" Deep functional and technical experience in Oracle EBS HR modules.
" Skilled in performing business requirements gathering (to be model - as is model).
" Experience with Oracle AIM/Unified implementation methodology) AIM /UM templates.
" Full-lifecycle implementations (Define > Analysis > Design > Build > Transition > Production).
" Oracle EBS R12 experience preferred.
" Overall trouble shooting skills desired in a production 24X7 environment Oracle EBS HRMS experience.
