i360technologies, Inc. has immediate opening(s) for an Oracle Federal Financial R12 SME consultant experienced in Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Payments, GTAS for a large upgrade / reimplementation from 11i to R12. This project is estimated to on-boarding now.

Expected Duties:
Serve as functional and technical consultant within a team to migrate Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) eBusiness Suite (EBS) 11i applications to R12
Perform SDLC tasks related to analysis, design, development, test, implement, document, train in the definition of R12 SLA rules to meet requirements previously met by R11i transaction codes
Provide knowledge and experience in configuring, testing, implementing the R12 Payments module in an OFF environment
Provide knowledge of GTAS and other current/future Federal regulatory requirements related to the Oracle Federal Financial GTAS solution and other OFF solutions for regulatory compliance
Work effectively and collaboratively with client and other consultants to achieve overall project objectives and success
Provide leadership and expertise to review existing account generators and rules and recommend improvements based upon best practices' and R12 functionality for the Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules
Develop Application Accounting Definitions (AAD), Journal Line Types (JLT), and Journal Line Definitions (JLD) to build proper accounting rules across all sub-ledgers
Identify and document requirements working with users and existing documentation based upon known issues and process bottlenecks
Review existing business processes and Oracle 11i configurations to determine best approach for design and process improvements
Recommend standard functionality to eliminate and minimize extensions
Review and perform configuration changes as necessary to fulfill requirements
Prototype and demonstrate new functionality and processes to users
Prepare project documentation including requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, user guides, status reports, and meeting minutes
Develop detailed design documentation for all configurations, reports, conversions, interfaces, and extensions
Recommend standardizations, mappings, and data cleansing in preparation for data conversions and legacy system integrations
Work within project standards to ensure consistency and ease of long term maintenance of applications
Assist in preparing work tasks, task duration estimates, and schedules

R12 Oracle Federal SLA /Payments/ GTAS SME- Must be Public Trust Clearable

Minimum of 2 years experience in implementing Oracle applications in a Federal environment
12 years or more of relevant specialized professional functional and technical experience
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or upgrading to Oracle R12 (12.1.3 preferred) applications with functional and technical expertise
Demonstrated experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle 11i (11.5.10) applications with functional and technical expertise
Demonstrated prior experience implementing Oracle SLA functionality, including in-depth understanding and knowledge of: Application Accounting Definitions (AAD)
Journal Line Types (JLT)
Journal Line Definitions (JLD)
General Ledger (GL)
Federal accounting practices and regulations

Knowledge and experience implementing budgeting, funds management and funds distribution processes associated with both reimbursable and appropriated authority in a Federal environment
Prior experience with period (month, quarter, FY) closing processes
Hands on experience configuring some or all of the specific oracle modules: SLA

Prior experience developing functional designs including interface and extension designs
Prior experience designing and executing end-to-end integration testing
Prior experience with GL/BEM conversion requirements and mapping
Prior experience designing and implementing Federal Reports-Federal Reporting to include FACTS 1 & 2 Reporting
Experience using Oracle AIM and/or OUM through the full SDLC and developing technical documentation using AIM/OUM templates
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

BS/BA degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, IT, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, etc. and 12 years or more of relevant specialized professional functional and technical experience
MS/MA degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or other relevant certification is a plus
Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to effectively facilitate and participate in meetings and workshops
Ability to develop polished, professional documentation and other written materials
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong work-ethic and sense of responsibility and ownership with regard to assigned tasks, activities, and work products
Relentless and persistent commitment to quality of solutions and services provided to client
Experience with web services and SOA is a plus
US Citizen (Green Card Holders welcomed)
