The Corporate Account Executive will assist in growing new business and developing strong customer relationships within an assigned territory. With our ongoing training, the Account Executive will able to offer IT Staffing/ Technology staff-augmentation solutions across a wide variety of products and technologies to new customers and grow partner relationships within an assigned territory.

  • Provide Training, Licensing, Staffing and Consulting solutions to customers for their Oracle Technology needs
  • Grow customer base within territory
  • Achieve Sales Goals
  • Make telephone and field calls to present XDuce ’s value proposition to existing and potential customers
  • Prepare & present Business Proposals in professional manner
  • Build customer loyalty and provide excellent customer service
  • Prospect and forecast on a monthly basis
  • Minimum 5 year sales experience in IT Staffing
  • General understanding of Oracle Technologies- Functionalities & Co-relation
  • Experience in cold calling and prospecting new business
  • Experience in preparing & presenting Business Proposals
