The Oracle Organizational Change consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with the client and change management counterparts in large complex environments.

Qualified candidates are expected to be hands-on during the project delivery. (an account management or business development role).

You will provide people and organizational focus that benefits and enables business transformation. Proven OCM methodology, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive Oracle solutions that transform the client's business. Responsibilities include developing the OCM strategy and detailed project plans and delivering across the various Oracle OCM workstreams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design (including job role design), and culture transformation.

Required (MUST HAVES) Bachelor's Degree 4+ years of in-depth Oracle organizational design and transition 4+ years of creating and executing a change strategy plan Travel of 75% is expected to client face Preferred candidates will have prior consulting experience with a global consulting firm and have at least executed Organization Change deliverables on 2 complete lifecycle implementations. Would prefer experience implementing change where customers have installed RMS (retail management), Oracle ebusiness or PeopleSoft
