Position Reports To
Sales Manager, Telesales

Position Summary
Contacts existing customers by telephone (via Predictive Dialer Technology; no cold calling) to communicate State and/or Federal regulation changes since last order (as well as new product introduction) and drive cross selling revenue. Dynamic, career mind-set required; individual needs to be open and willing to improve sales skills, adapt to a changing environment and be ready for increased responsibilities.

Preferred Experience (2yrs+ sales experience within ONE of the following or an associates degree):
-Recent sales experience carrying and successfully hitting a monthly quota
-Outbound call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus)
-Transactional call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus)
-Business-to-business sales experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
-Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling)
-Achieve key performance metrics for talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage
-Achieve key Quality Assurance metrics for customer experience and sales accuracy
-Sends professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request
-Makes modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customers' order information into computer system
-Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings, company processes and procedures, and the industry at large
-Maintains well-organized, safe workstation, and environment

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
-Ability to speak to business owners and managers comfortably
-Ability to get pass the gate keeper and overcome sales objective
-Money Motivated
-Accept and implement heavy constructive feedback
-Professional self starter
-Knowledge of call center policies and procedures
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
-Experience working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
-The ability to multi-task
-Reliable transportation and positive attitude
-Willingness to have fun and work hard
-High School Diploma or GED Required
-Associates Degree or B.A. preferred
