The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of management experience in F&B in a similar upscale hotel or independent restaurant operation. Previous experience in an upscale Lounge operation is helpful. Candidate must have good knowledge of cuisine, mixology; a keen sense of wine knowledge, restaurant operations, food safety handling and understand and follow all laws in accordance to serving alcoholic beverages.
Candidate will possess strong organization skills, positive energy and a proactive mind set, be a proven mentor and coach, a strong commitment to follow through, and the ability to work as a team in all settings and circumstances.
