Outreach Service Line Coordinator

Our liver transplant program is in the midst of an exciting service expansion, and you can help Make It Possible. We're seeking a dynamic Outreach Service Line Coordinator to join the Liver Transplant Program at NewYork-Presbyterian.

In this role, you will direct and oversee all physician and patient outreach activities, including Continuing Medical Education (CME) events and branding opportunities. You'll create powerful marketing and outreach initiatives. And you'll strengthen resources through collaboration with faculty, community and industry partners.

This position provides critical support to program leadership. You'll be responsible for monitoring and reporting referral volume, educating referring physicians and patients about open clinical trials, our program's outstanding outcomes and will be identifying opportunities for service recovery. You're marketing savvy and health care expertise will be vital, as we work together to promote and deliver life-changing care.

To qualify for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management or Marketing/Communication along with three year's related experience.

Preferred candidates will have knowledge of transplant services, and experience marketing to physician networks. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are required, while knowledge of SPSS and other analytical programs is preferred.
