Primary Function :

To grow and strengthen the Audiology Systems network by delivering outstanding services to the Audiology, Vestibular and hearing dispensing communities in you assigned geographic territory. To build long term relations to our customers by being professional, consultative and accessible.

Objectives and Goals :
  • To meet or exceed your quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Build strong territory plans in close cooperation with Regional Sales Management
  • Work closely with other team members to expand the ASI market reach in your territory
  • To take customer care to a new level in our industry
  • To drive and execute local sales and marketing activities in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Management and the ASI marketing department
Responsibilities :
  • Work closely with Regional Management to create successful territory plans
  • Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Use Salesforce to track all customer related activities
  • Proactively communicate with customers to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service and ensure account renewals
  • Obtain all of the necessary industry and product knowledge in order to become a successful business partner to our clients
  • Understand customer needs and act as a consultant to provide solutions to our customers
  • Conduct informative and professional sales presentations
  • Drive new product introductions (launch, training and follow up)
  • Deliver in-service and training to the ASI customers
  • Provide clear monthly opportunity pipeline information and sales reporting to regional management
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales Managers
  • Execute local marketing, seminar and tradeshow activities
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions (consisting of both in-person and virtual)
  • Constantly educate oneself on what is taking place in the industry

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience
  • Outside sales experience within the medical industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding presentation skills required
  • 50% - 75% travel required
  • Must be self-motivated and extremely organized
  • Able to work remotely and independently from a home office
  • Must have good computer knowledge and be proficient in MS Office Suite
