Receive and perform work assignments, oral and/or written and follow work instructions

Document, organize, and retain all findings of evaluations and inspections in a timely manner.

Interpret drawings, sketches, etc. to obtain materials, tools and dimensional information to perform essential functions of the job with minimal supervision

Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment to assemble, inspect, and evaluate parts per accepted Siemens or industry standards

Perform visual inspections of all equipment including crane and necessary components identified in the process

Move moulds, blades, and other components utilized in the manufacturing process as required

Follow all applicable specifications and procedures regarding the performance of operations

Use all required safety equipment and follow established safety procedures

Provide technical direction and training of other employees as needed

Keep work areas in a clean and orderly condition

Support and apply team concepts in daily activities


High School Diploma or equivalent

Experienced in the operation of overhead crane equipment

Ability to successfully obtain required licensing for the operation of equipment including crane and lift truck

Ability and willingness to work shifts on a rotational basis
