RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the safety and support of a 24 hour supportive residence that serves mentally ill homeless adults. Must ensure the safety and well-being of residents and effective service provision overnight. This position requires covering for night and weekend shifts as scheduled, remaining near front desk area unless making rounds, not to using the company telephone for personal purposes or cell phone excessively during work hours. Must be able to work harmoniously with other program staff in accordance with Comunilife principles and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED required, Associates degree preferred, must have two years of consecutive and responsible work experience with client contact preferred. Experience with chronically mentally ill/homeless adults a plus. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
