Parsons is mobilizing for a national facilities program on a multi-year contract. Our scope of work consists of managing the design and construction of multiple facilities nationwide. We will be assessing existing facilities and making recommendations for inclusion in the budget. We will also be managing the real estate portfolio and providing control to the program. As part of our team, you will be helping the client manage and improve its national building portfolio in a cost effective manner.
We are seeking an Owner’s Representative/Project Manager to manage assigned projects from planning and programming through occupancy. The selected candidate will be engaged in design, construction, planning, real estate, and other related functions. Keys to your success will be your previous experience in performing, leading and/or managing building projects as an owner’s representative on multi-use buildings, facilities, installations, or campus settings; as well as your knowledge of project controls and cost estimating; and ability to track information using database software. We anticipate 40% domestic travel will be required. This position is based in Arlington, VA. Please note that relocation assistance is not available at this time, so local candidates are strongly preferred.
8+ years of related owner's representative, architecture or engineering experience with project direction responsibilities on multi-use buildings, facilities, or campus assessment projects
Track record of reviewing or managing design process and plans to meet compliance, budgets, and schedule
BS in architecture, engineering or related degree
