Part Time Corporate Concierge Coordinator
The Corporate Concierge Coordinator proactively interacts and assists staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative work environment. Responsible for assisting employees in personal and business related needs. Responsibilities:
- Implement and direct the employee concierge program. * Support employees in managing time more efficiently by assisting with personal and business related tasks. * Work closely with all levels of employees throughout the company and help coordinate personal services, including making restaurant reservations, ordering flowers, recommending places to dine, etc. * Establish and maintain relationships with organizations in the community.
- Excellent customer-service experience. * Strong knowledge of the community, area and region. * Demonstrated professionalism, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness and adaptability to change. * Highly trustworthy at all times and able to deal with confidential information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Possess an exemplary positive attitude; passionate about offering unparalleled customer service.
- Previous experience in hospitality
