Position: MT/TSS/Advocate - York and Adams Counties, PA
FLSA classification: Non-exempt
Youth Advocate Programs, a local non-profit agency committed to strengthening families and our youth, has immediate openings for the following in (York and Adams Counties, PA). All applicants must be dependable, consistent and able to serve as a positive role model for children in community, school, and home settings. All positions require access to an insured vehicle as well as Act 33, 34 and FBI clearances. Flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, paid supervision and training with activity reimbursement. EOE
1. Master's Level Clinician: This is a hand's on position. Requirements: Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc., and training or course work in Behavioral Modification with one year's experience. Duties include but not limited to: Treatment plan development and implementation of treatment plans, supervision of staff and case coordination. Mobile Therapy experience is a plus.
2. Therapeutic Staff Support: Positions working one on one with at risk children & their families in a community based program. Interested candidates should have: 1. Bachelor Degree in human service field with no exp., 2. Degree in other field with 1 yr. paid exp working with children; 3. Assoc. Degree or 60 college credits requires 3 yrs. f/t paid exp working with children.
3. Non Degreed Advocate: High School Diploma or GED Hourly, day, evening, and weekend positions. Strong relationship building skills, strength based approach, ability to be creative and think outside the box are a must for this position
