This position is responsible for answering residential/commercial customer inquiries received via telephone, fax, web or correspondence regarding applications for service, credit, billing, rates, new installations, deregulation, outage/emergencies and practices. Representative is responsible for providing information and assistance to resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Representative is accountable for duties requiring independent analysis and use of good individual judgment. Must possess excellent telephone and verbal communication skills, Keyboarding and PC skills and enjoy working with people. Candidate must have experience in a customer service related position and proficient in interpersonal skills to effectively answer employee and customer inquiries. Candidate must have the ability to solve complex, detailed customer service problems.

High School Diploma or GED required
