Adecco, the world leader in HR solutions, has a wonderful Creative Production Designer opportunity! This person will support Creative Leads and Managers during the Creative Validation phase of launches in the following ways and with the following skills: ¿

Provide detailed visual review of all developed websites ensuring the highest visual standards. ¿
Provide visual solutions to UI engineers during Creative Validation phases ¿
Is organized, with strong attention to detail and quality ¿
Understands and can communicate style guide requirements ¿
Use aesthetic training to identify visual anomalies ¿
Use creative tool sets to validate/document defects on developed pages ¿
Effectively validate fixes from UI engineers on aesthetic defects ¿
Ability to support needed creative/design production

The right candidate will have a solid understanding of user experience and will be tenaciously detailed (down to pixel-perfect implementation) in their approach to final production quality design files and artifacts and the review of web pages developed from those files and artifacts.

The candidate will be fluent in PhotoShop, Illustrator, FireWorks and Visio. Experience in Omnigraffle is a plus.

The candidate will partner with web development and QA leads during the Creative Validation phases, identifying defects and finding solutions that create efficiencies and meet client expectations and platform standards.

They will partner with creative leadership to create or enhance creative and production processes that create efficiencies through the lifecycle of a project.

This role reports into the Sr Manager of Creative Engineering.

Required: Design degree or related experience creating designs and production files in agency or studio settings. Portfolio.
