Post by Jobing - We have an immediate opening for a dependable part–time Office Assistant to the Manager available at Shamrock Manufactured Home Community, one of our A+ housing communities in Glendale! Be part of a company that offers great support and training. Work hours primarily (TUE 9a–6p; THU & FRI 1p–5p; SAT 9a–1p). Primary duties to include: greeting prospective residents, tenants and guests; answer incoming phones; running errands, filing, correspondence, and other general office duties.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with great organization and customer service skills with the ability to follow instructions and carry out assignments. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a MUST! Bilingual a plus!High School Diploma or equivalent required.
