PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR - FAMILY PRACTICE CLINIC
PART-TIME, NON-BENEFITTED POSITION (MON, TUES, THURS 1:30P-8P)

Under general supervision by the Registered Nurse, the Patient Care Coordinator for the Family Practice Clinic will provide nursing care to all ages of patients in accordance with individual needs, physician orders, Hospital policy and standards of nursing practice, scope of practice, Title 22 and COBRA regulations.
Requirements: High School or equivalent. Completion of an accredited/approved nursing program. Minimum 3 years in a clinical capacity in either an acute care or outpatient Physician office setting required. Immunization experience preferred. Must be billingual in English/Spanish. Current nursing licensure required from a California nursing license board; Current AHA BLS card.
