To assist all business/patient/staff in a professional manner with the daily operations of the communications system.
To handle all “Codes” in a calm and efficient manner.
Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior PBX experience preferred.
Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
Must possess good voice quality and diction.
Working knowledge of computer hardware.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to crisis manage.
