The PC Center Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the International Protective Coatings Centers within their geographic area of responsibility. Key deliverables for this position will be: HSE excellence, delivering sales and profits to budget, managing working capital and expenses to targets, staff training (value selling, customer service and product knowledge). The PC Center Operations Manager will work closely with the Regional Managers and the VP-Indirect Sales & Store operations to design and execute strategies that will gain market share and increase sales and profits.
Deliver sales and profit objectives for their PC Centers.
Ensure highest level of customer service through timely and accurate order processing, effective inventory planning and a well trained staff.
Lead the Corporate HSE initiative to ensure zero lost time accidents in district. Maintain all store standards to internal and external compliance.
Develop and implement yearly business plans that support national strategies, sales and margin targets
Carries out approved marketing plans and programs to ensure market growth through store accounts in their region.
Bachelors or technical degree from an accredited university or college
3-5 years of store operation experience; preferably specific to protective coatings, technical or specification sales
