2. All RESFOR Premier Support Technicians MUST have the following skills:
*Final Secret or better clearance
*Security + Certified
*Advanced Active Directory Knowledge and Experience
*Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically XP Operating Systems)
*Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat)
**Please note that all technicians will be trained on SM7 for incident reporting
*Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)
*Knowledge of Navy customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior
military experience is helpful)
*Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
*Exceptional customer support skills
*Able to lift and carry 50lbs
*Able to work with minimal direction
*Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required
3. All applicants must be able to travel on short notice and consistently up to 90% of the month.
The standard work week is 40 hrs within a seven day period (Monday to Sunday)
8 hours a day with zero OT unless prior approved by both customer and leadership in writing

Successful candidates will have strong PC & Network troubleshooting skills and be able to resolve basic to advanced hardware, software, and connectivity problems quickly. Must have strong customer relations skills.
- Must Pass a Background Check and Hair Sample Drug Screening. Intermediate to Advanced positions. Your placement will be based on your training and previous performance.
