AHS is seeking candidate for Payor Services Account Rep position with varied hours available. High School diploma required. College degree preferred 3 to 5 years of customer service call center experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook,Word and Excel required. Excellent communication and writing skills required. Candidate will assist callers with Medical, Physician Referral, Atlantic Ambulance and Dialysis questions. Will make outbound calls to patients in an effort to obtain insurance information. Will also be assigned other duties within the Customer Service Department and work internally with various departments on behalf of our patients as well as Patient Financial Services.
