Succesful candidate will be responsible for: processing all internal and external calls, handle high volume calls, provide excellent customer service, respond immediately to all emergency situations, and handle all long range, in-house and over head paging.
A H.S diploma and a minimum of 2 years experience in a Call Center Environment
Familiarity with healthcare, workflow and environment
This is a per diem position with 3pm-11pm shift available, including every other weekend
