The Physical Therapist provides evaluation, assessment, prognosis, treatment and education to patients and clients through a continuum of care according to the therapist''s respective licensure/registration/certification, Code of Ethics, Federal/State regulations, JCAHO/UMQC and Care Center policies and procedures. Performs competencies as outlined in Rehabilitation Services Competency Assessment tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED) : Current California Physical Therapist license or documented eligibility of completed licensure required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED) : Experience treating male and female pelvic floor dysfunction, such as urinary and fecal incontinence, urogynecologic pain syndromes, chronic pelvic pain and interstitial cystitis and orthopedic populations.
Must have variety of problem solving skills. Excellent communications skills with internal and external customers. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification required by start date.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Recent experience preferred
