Physical Therapist who demonstrates the ability:
' To effectively evaluate patients referred for Physical Therapy
' To develop and implement effective, efficient Physical Therapy treatment programs
' To manage a case load of a variety of diagnoses
' To work a flexible schedule to assist the department in providing consistent provision of Physical Therapy, weekends and holidays, as well as during periods of high census.
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
Minimum of two years hospital acute care experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
Current licensure with the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners
Or Board eligible.
Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Must be able to write and speak effectively in English and have strong interpersonal skills; must be able to successful complete the PT/OT Competency Assessment upon hire and on an annual basis
