o Experience of having managed at least one credit card portfolio conversion (private label credit card).
o Knowledgeable of SDLC and Waterfall Methodology
o Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and reporting tools.
o Experience with Use Case methodology and Blueprint tool preferred.
o Aptitude to team and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment - excellent prioritization skills a must.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with management and employees across business units.
o Ability to manage multiple projects, work assignments, and meet assigned deadlines.
o Verifies completeness and performs estimations on assigned Technical Project Requests (TPRs).
o Provides assistance & guidance to the Business for the Business Project Manager (BPM) to draft thorough and complete Business Requirements (BRs).
o Proactively communicates and collaborates with external/internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements (FR) and to deliver robust artifacts as required by the project (e.g., TPR, EO/ EI/2, Risk/Timeline Assessment, FR, Use Cases, High-Level Design (HLD), Systems Impact Analysis (SIA), Project Change Request (PCR) sizing, and so forth).
o Partners with multiple management teams and Lead IT BA to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements.
o With the Lead IT BA considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment; identifies and communicates risks and impacts; proposes risk mitigation options.
o Supports Lead IT BA to provide direction and technical leadership; acts as technical resource in all phases of the development and implementation process. Ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the IT group's knowledge of and concern for users' business needs.
o Participates in various team meetings and meets regularly with Resource Manager in one-on-ones.
o Performs other responsibilities as assigned by Resource Manager.
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related discipline; equivalent experience is acceptable.
