Job Description: Join this dynamic group providing PMO support to several critical worldwide projects. Provide process improvement services to help Project Leaders determine current state operations, identify areas of improvement, and define viable future states. Interact with senior government customers, and present their status, opportunities, and risks on a regular basis. Utilize multiple data gathering techniques, to include stakeholder interviews, focus groups, artifacts, and quantitative data, to determine and assess current state operations. Work with relevant stakeholders to determine deficiencies, opportunities, and gaps. Define verbally and orally complex sets of data in articulate, concise statements, including graphical representation of process activity flows and relationships. Author process documentation, including current state analysis, recommendations, and preliminary (high-level and notional) implementation plans. Develop and present recurring status briefings to senior and executive level clients.
Requires a PMP and 7+ years' experience with Project Management and Process Improvement. Top Secret Clearance with active Full-Scope Polygraph also required. Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.
