This is a part time, benefit eligible position working approximately 25-30 hours per week.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The incumbent is a key contributor to the ProPartners Financial workforce by providing high-quality Human Resources support and services to the organization. Incumbent is responsible for recruitment and selection activities including creating and coordinating employment ads and job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, recommending candidates, completing reference checks and working with the Comp Analyst on compensation recommendations. Incumbent is responsible for creating and maintaining a solid college relations program. Incumbent is responsible for identifying, developing, planning, managing, facilitating and evaluating learning & development initiatives and activities. Incumbent provides employee relations support to all areas of the organization and provides guidance and support on HR policies/administration as needed. Serves as a resource for all ProPartners Financial team members, team leaders, and senior management in fulfilling our mission of being an “Employer of Choice”. To that end, remains informed of developing trends/practices and recommends ongoing adjustments to policy and procedures in all areas of Human Resource management. Contributes to the Human Resources planning process for ProPartners to establish annual and long term objectives for the Human Resources function.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or closely-related field and a minimum of five to seven years of human resources experience, preferably in recruitment and employee relations. Advanced degree and/or professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.). Requires a solid understanding of state and federal employment law, such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, EEO, etc. Position requires excellent client service, collaboration, planning, project management, communication, presentation, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, conflict resolution, team, and computer skills (MS Office). Must have experience with handling personal and confidential information.
