The Johnson & Johnson IT Supply Chain organization is seeking an IT Manager, SAP Quality Management to support the Back to Basics program. This person will own the design and implementation of SAP Quality Management processes and interfaces for the program, which includes the development of the global design and deployment to each of the regional rollouts.

This role will be responsible for functional system ownership responsibilities for SAP QM capabilities. This position will manage a team of internal employees, partner with external consultants and business process owners responsible for order management capabilities. Analyze global, cross sector business requirements. Propose new and leverage existing J&J system solutions to build the global design. Manage and control the implementation of changes into the global template. Responsible for impact analysis and testing plan, including regression testing analysis and impact to existing functionality. Review and approve functional and technical designs created by other internal and external consultants and vendors, applying in-depth SAP QM knowledge. This role will need to effectively and proactively manage business partner expectations. This role will partner with the technical team ensuring that RICEF's developed meet the user and functional specifications. Ensure adherence to J&J standards (SDLC, CSV, GxP and SOX). Act as the escalation point for all critical or escalated technology issues related to the Quality Management solution within the Back to Basics Program.

Qualifications

This position requires a bachelors or equivalent experience. In addition, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience deploying and supporting SAP PLM/QM functionality, including end-to-end full life-cycle activities. This position also requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on configuration experience within the QM modules in SAP. Candidates with at least three full cycle implementations within QM and/or a minimum of 4 years of run support experience are preferred. Experience implementing or supporting Quality Management systems in manufacturing and/or QA Lab environments is required. People Management experience is required for this role. In addition, knowledge of GXP Processes are required. Change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience is required. Experience collaborating in a cross-functional team environment is also required. This position requires excellent communication skills. Candidates with hands-on experience in Solution Manager are preferred. Candidates with knowledge of SAPs PLM suite are preferred. Practical understanding of SAP Authorizations is required. This is a global position. If staffed outside current deploying area must be willing to adapt to flexible schedule to meet time-zone requirements of deploying region and must be willing to adopt up to an additional 25% travel. Domestic/International travel is required up to 50% of the time. Peak periods of travel may be near 100% for 1-2 months around go-lives.
