SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client Services/Help Desk area provides ongoing support for Stifel's branch offices and external clients regarding industry related inquiries and technical issues.
Receives assignment of work and processes in a timely manner, in accordance with departmental policy procedures.
Provides support concerning industry related questions, researches client inquiries.
Assists with the opening of new offices and initial training on the systems.
Research branch office hardware/software problems.
Provides client assistance with Stifel's online viewing system.
Tests and implements new software packages and upgrades as they become available.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma required; College Degree in a related field highly preferred.
1-3 years of business or technology related experience highly preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
Software including Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Thomson One & Beta, Equest, and Stifel's internal programs for Stifel's branch offices and clientsfamiliar with a PC.
Experience with current Stifel applications and/or Thomson One/Beta a plus.
Some travel required.
