Adecco Engineering & Technical is currently looking for seeking an experienced Project Manager- Corporate Services for a client in the Portland Metro area!
**This is a great opportunity to work for an internationally recognized company located in the Portland, Oregon area.

Summary

**The individual in this position services in a leadership role on the Corporate Services Client Services team working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure that project deadlines are consistently met with quality.
**As a Project Manager, this position also allocates resources across multiple projects and assists with further development of systems while also serving as a technical resource on systems for questions/concerns.
** Work environment is fast-paced and includes extensive contact between clients and employees. The industry we serve demands the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in safeguarding client and project information

Responsibilities

Comprehends and implements object oriented development in a client server, multi-tiered, multi-application environment.
Interacts with programmers, technology staff, and external clients to problem solve system or service issues and make recommendations for improvement.
Responds to task-oriented work direction with daily accountability on plans, progress and problems.
Adapts plans for quick-turn projects. The nature of the work requires the successful candidate to recognize that supported business units will have urgent requests that mandate reorganizing team priorities, communicating impact to other projects to stakeholders.
Displays positive attitude in difficult situations. This area is responsible for legal and financial document creation for a wide-range of internal and external clients with critical client and legal-driven deliverables. Must have a mindset to complete the tasks assigned on time, no matter the obstacle.
Interacts freely with other team members exchanging thoughts, ideas, suggestions and project management guidelines/expertise. Also includes active participation in brainstorming sessions, with a willingness to both contribute and learn.

Education & Experience Requirements

The position requires a proven track record of project management experience including direct client/customer contact in a professional services environment with a significant technology component. The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor.
Critical thinking and business analysis skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are also required.
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) will be strongly preferred.
The successful candidate must have a tech savvy nature and be ability to juggle and prioritize multiple competing responsibilities and a demanding workload.
