Overview: The Maintenance Program is seeking a painter to maintain Fraser facilities in a manner which assures a clean, safe, functional and professionally esthetic environment. The painter will be responsible for painting and repair work of all Fraser facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB (including but not limited to):
1.Complete routine painting duties for assigned properties in a timely and thorough manner.
2.Communicate with Facilities Manager on a routine basis regarding new and/or on-going maintenance
or janitorial issues at each Fraser property.
3.Note and immediately communicate with the Facilities Manager regarding any unusual occurrences on the premises, including infractions by tenants, their guests, or strangers.
4.Support team members in completing projects in a timely, safe, professional manner.
5.Maintain professional and respectful communication with all Fraser employees, staff, clients and vendors.
6.Maintain receipts and report timely to the Facilities Manager all expenditures for supplies purchased to complete projects and mileage records.
7.Accurately and timely record daily work activities in corresponding maintenance logs.
8.Complete long-term projects as assigned, including remodeling projects and other painting work.

LOCATION: Minneapolis (with travel throughout the metro)
SCHEDULE: This is a part-time temporary role. This person will work 20 flexible hours per week.
1.Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
2.Ability to achieve and maintain status of “may provide direct contact for this agency” upon completion of criminal background studies.
3.Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
4.Ability to work flexible hours required.
5.Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently with co-workers and clients required.
6.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide and calculate necessary materials for projects required.
7.Ability to problem solve basic maintenance projects independently, and to seek direction and assistance when necessary.
1.High School education or equivalent
2.Previous experience working in a maintenance position
3.Previous experience working in an environment with individuals with developmental disabilities present
