Prepare surfaces and apply primer and topcoat finish to metal and composite Aircraft parts, assemblies and sections. Work to shop orders, specifications engineering drawings. Use of all materials and equipment necessary in the performance of these duties. Work in a Employee Involvement Team atmosphere. Comply with company standards for safety, workmanship and housekeeping along with stringent FOD (Foreign Object Debris) and Team Tool Box requirements.

Competencies

This position requires FOD (Foreign Object Damage) and Tool Control to aerospace standards. It requires a "clean as you go" culture, attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Work to engineering specifications and drawings. Comply with company standards for safety, workmanship and housekeeping.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration

Do you have experience working in a manufacturing environment?

Do you have experience prepping composites and metals for painting?

Do you have at least 1 year experience in spray painting metal and/or composites?

Typical Education/Experience

Qualified candidates typically have at least 1 year experience in spray painting metal and/or composites. Tech school and/or military AC paint experience a plus.
