This is a REMOTE position and can be worked anywhere in the United States Current Need We are seeking an individual with healthcare application experience that possesses proficiency with multiple Paragon clinical modules to join the Application Management Services (AMS) team as a Support Analyst This individual will be responsible for providing day to day support and maintenance of Paragon modules and assisting customer end users with application issues This role functions at the level of an onsite application analyst would but works remotely fulfilling the role for multiple customers ( Application Management Services is a team within the Managed Services organization which remotely provides assistance to our customers for the support and maintenance of their McKesson applications during day to day operations) Duties include but are not limited to Address incoming support tickets from customers to maintain established service levels Analyze problems with software applications to identify problem area(s) and provide corrective action Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with all supported Paragon modules Properly document all customer interactions and troubleshooting actions into the issue tracking system Manage open calls to ensure appropriate resolution time Consult with Customer Support Specialists to develop resolutions to software and hardware problems as needed Proactively identify trends at customer sites with respect to hardware and software that can lead to problems Practice professional telephone etiquette Provide a high level of customer satisfaction Demonstrate the ICARE shared principles that are utilized throughout all levels of the organization Integrity CustomerFirst Accountability Respect and Excellence This is a nonexempt position that will remotely support multiple customers from Monday through Friday in addition to rotating after hour’s oncall responsibility Minimum Requirements Minimum 6 years experience in healthcare information technology with at least the last 2 years working with Paragon clinical modules Proficiency with multiple Paragon clinical modules Additional Knowledge Skills The ideal candidate will have worked at 2nd tier support understanding both application and technical aspects of the products As a remote employee this role requires a high level of independence self direction critical thinking and problem resolution skills as well as ability to prioritize multiple conflicting urgent issues and utilizing excellent time management skill Education BS degree or equivalent
