As Alltech grows, so does its need for customer service and support. This part-time position will facilitate improved customer relations through continued inbound and outbound communication logistics.
Supporting and providing superior service through calls and e-mails
Using an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects
Handling all calls and e-mails professionally
Using questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication
Managing e-mails for major events and general questions
Driving outbound call campaigns to Alltech customers and friends
Following up with customers post events and purchases
Managing hotlines for incoming calls
Meeting commitments to customers
Completing and updating call logs and reports as necessary
Coordinating with global Gathering Center offices
Other duties as assigned
Passionate about customer service

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
