Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED
This is a part time, temporary position of 20 hours per week, which seasonally, can go as high as 40 hours per week.
This position is in our Customer Call Centers, and employees will be answering customer inquiries regarding service, billing, and payments. During your shift, you will be on the telephone talking with National Grid customers.
Must be willing to work rotating shifts, which include every weekend and most holidays. Nights may be the prevalent shift.
There is 40 hours of required training the first week of your employment (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM). Followed by 40 hours the next week of on the job training. Thereafter, the work is part time and rotating shifts.
Telemarketing, Telephone Collection experience a plus.
Preference will be given to multi lingual candidates; Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian
