-Provide assistance to customers regarding internet banking products and e-services.
-Responsible for answering customer inquiries and opening / processing new accounts via the internet/mail or telephone.
-Ability to effectively resolve customer issues with respect and empathy in a timely manner.
-Effectively explain bank products and services to customers. Cross sell products and services when appropriate.
-Open and process new accounts, including savings accounts, certificates, checking accounts and related services.
-Complete account inquiries, address changes, email changes, closing accounts and account maintenance requests directed by customers.
-Reconcile all transactions on a daily basis – Miser system.
-Responsible for properly maintaining customer information via computer and all follow-up paperwork.
-Other duties as assigned.
-Minimum 1 ½ years experience in retail banking, call center or electronic services (ACH) area.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
