The Position
The Fitness Center Receptionist and Group Class Instructor is responsible for teaching group exercise classes throughout the week as well as balancing the duties of receptionist in order to insure that our members have a great experience. The Fitness Center Receptionist and Group Class Instructor will need to have a desire to be part of a closely-held, socially conscious and values based company. The candidate will have a proven track record of great customer service and a background in fitness training and instruction. The Receptionist/Instructor will be detail oriented, organized, able to learn material quickly, work well independently, and be able to handle the duties and requirements of the position.

Professional Experience Required :
Background in fitness and training.
Have current group exercise certifications.
Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs.
Ability to work independently and follow through on projects.
Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize and organize projects and paperwork.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to encourage and motivate fitness members
General computer skills
