Receptionist in the Tukwila, WA office provides service for the accounting, credit and information technology groups. This location also houses a conference center with groups from all Divisions utilizing the center. A strong focus on customer service with good computer software skills and a positive attitude is a must.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
Greeting external and internal visitors and staff
Answering phones, routing calls
Scheduling conference rooms for internal and external meetings
Assisting with event planning
Ordering catered lunches for meetings – setup and teardown after meetings
Proficient in use of conference room technology
Assist other departments with clerical needs
Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
Able to work closely with internal staff and business community
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn other programs as necessary
2-3 years receptionist experience
As first point of contact, a professional appearance and demeanor are required
Need to be articulate, reliable and possess a positive attitude
Some lifting required in moving equipment and supplies in conference areas
**Hours may fluctuate depending on meetings scheduled.**
1st Shift – 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
2nd Shift – 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
