Freeman is looking for Part-Time Concierge Representatives who will be the go-to person for Exhibitors on the show floor during set up. Other responsibilities include:
Proactively on the show floor speaking with exhibitors about their booths and pre-ordered offerings making sure the client’s expectations have been met
Visits with assigned exhibitors during move in/set up assisting with any needs they may have
Provides necessary information and assistance to first time exhibitors to ensure the best experience possible
Acts as the liaison between the exhibitor and other show services departments to ensure exhibitor needs are completed
Follows up with exhibitors ensuring their requests and needs have been met to their satisfaction
Works closely with the Exhibitor Services Center personnel on resolving issues

Required Skills
Required Experience
High School Diploma
You will need to have least two (2) years of related experience with previous experience working in a highly proactive issue resolving environment
Experience in the event industry is helpful
You will also need to have experience and be comfortable working with PDA technology
Heavy travel with this position will also be required
You will need to have excellent outgoing and proactive customer service skills along with the ability to work independently
