Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Schedule home tours: respond to requests for home tours via phone and internet from your home office.
Engage customers: make every customer call count. Explain the Redfin process with enthusiasm.
Make it happen: track every team member's whereabouts, scheduling home tours, escalating customer concerns. Nothing falls through the cracks.

Geek for tech: you love technology, technology loves you. You email like a fiend.
To be considered you need to be:
Self-motivated: a track record of doing the right thing, without being hawk-eyed by management.
Licensed: Must have an active CA real estate license
Have experience: at least a year of customer service related experience.
Know the area: understand how long it will take to drive throughout the metro area.
Smart: you probably have a degree, can communicate well.
Part time hourly position available.
The Schedule is Saturday – Monday 9-6.
