Schedules appointments in a prompt and courteous manner utilizing a PC. Confirms appointments and handles cancellations in a timely, efficient and courteous manner. Is able to problem solve for patients utilizing identified resources. Able to provide comprehensive service in order to facilitate a resolution to any caller request. Acquire and maintain computer skills to effectively utilize scheduling software and Windows based programs.



-High school diploma

-1 year experience in a high volume

call center or 1 year of customer service experience or 6 months Kelsey-Seybold (contact) call center experience

-Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills

-Critical thinking skills

-Ability to speak write and understand the English language


-2 years Call Center or customer service experience with PC experience and knowledge of MS Word and Excel

-Insurance knowledge of HMOs, PPOs, POS EPOs and indemnity plans

-Ability to exercise good judgment in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional attitude

Bilingual English/Spanish
